Sending diagnostics
If drives are being missed, a diagnostics file helps us see why. In the app, open Settings › Diagnostics and tap Export diagnostics, then email it to us. It includes the app's tracking log with recent GPS points, so send it only to us. The privacy policy covers what happens to it.
Common questions
How do I cancel the business plan?
Apple manages subscriptions. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Kilamile. Your records stay after the plan ends. Nothing is sold during the beta, so there's nothing to cancel yet.
Will updating the app keep my trips?
Yes. Updates keep everything on your iPhone, and older backups still restore.
Are there limits on what I can record?
We don't cap miles, drives, workouts, reports or receipts. A trip-import file has to be under 5 MB, and import previews list the first 20 rows. Kilamile keeps one car today.
Can I use kilometers?
For workouts, yes: Settings › Appearance › Workout distances. Business drives stay in miles, as the IRS log needs.
Does Kilamile work on iPad or Android?
Kilamile is for iPhone.
